Bigger breasts might have a fitting problem
The dress is amazing, nice fabric and a great fit! However the belly part is little bit see through (which wouldn’t be any problem) but the breast part is just small. If I brought my arms above my head, my breasts would slip to the belly part of the dress and basically be visible. 🙃 I am 172cm and the length is great (size 10) but I think I would size up only because of the discomfort caused by the smaller bra cut.
