I am 4'11 and 100lbs and let me say that I love the modal material of this skirt and I got an XXS. Its tight and perfect for any occasion. You can style it in so many ways and make it shorter by scrunching if needed.

Really good quality not see through I wear a size small and I’m at 32 DD the top fits perfectly . Only thing is the torso is long so not so suitable for shorter people I’m 5’4 and top was a little long
