Perfect for a military ball!
I’m 4’11” to 5’0" and 120 pounds, and I got a UK size 8. It was snug but not tight. It hugged me everywhere I wanted it to, and I didn't have to pull it up once. I had it hemmed a couple of inches, and I also had the slit in the back taken up four inches so I could walk more comfortably. It was a comfortable dress to wear and sit in for longer periods of time. Four stars ONLY because I had to get it hemmed.
