Yes, if you return an item then the points you received for that item will be deducted from your account.
You may notice that you have pending points in your account. These are the points associated with any returns you have told us you will send back, and therefore, they cannot be spent. Please note points are spread across the item(s) returned.
Additionally, any points redeemed during the original purchase (if applicable) will be lost.
Your Oh Polly Rewards subscription will renew after 12 months from the date you entered a tier. After 12 months of being in your current tier, your points will reset. Don’t worry though – we’ll let you know when it's due to renew, so you can spend any points you have left. You can also track this on your account.
If you've earned enough points, when your subscription is due to renew, you'll stay in the same tier. If you've not earned enough points, you'll drop down to the tier below. If you've not earned any points, you'll reset to Bronze.
The more you spend and the more actions you complete, the closer you’ll get to the next tier. Tier thresholds are based on annual points, not lifetime points.
Once you've entered SILVER tier and above, birthday points will be automatically added to your account on your birthday if you’ve entered your date of birth on your rewards account.
Referral codes only work for new customers. If you refer a friend who hasn’t shopped with us before, they’ll receive a $10 voucher via email to use on a min. spend of $100. If your friend places an order with your referral code, you’ll also receive a £10 voucher to use on a min. spend of $100*
Your friend’s $10 voucher can be redeemed straight away. Your $10 voucher will be available to redeem after 14 days from the date your friend has placed their order*
*We run regular (limited time) Refer a Friend promos, where you'll be able to earn more points and your friends will receive a higher discount / voucher! T&Cs apply.
Points earned through orders or referrals will be ‘Pending’ on your account and will be available to redeem after 30 days from the date of purchase / referral.
Points earned from any other activities will be available to redeem immediately.
We hold your points pending in case you decide to make a return, so that your live (redeemable) points aren’t affected. If you return anything from your order, points will be deducted for those item(s).
First, double check your ‘Pending’ points to see if they’re here. They’ll stay here for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
If you've redeemed points at checkout, then changed your mind, make sure you remove the points from checkout, so they go back into your account. It can take up to 1 hour for the points to return and you will find them in the 'Unclaimed Rewards' section of your account.
If your points aren’t pending and aren’t live on your account, please get in touch with your recent order number(s) or which actions you’ve completed to earn points and we’ll be happy to help!
Oh Polly Rewards renews after you've been in your current tier for 12 months. If after this time, you haven't earned enough points over the year to stay in your tier, you'll move down into the tier below.
The minimum you can redeem per order is $10 (1,000 points). The maximum you can redeem per order is $100 (10,000 points).
No, you can only use one or the other. Applying a discount code on top of redeemed points will overwrite your points at checkout.
