Designed in our fully embellished, dual lined mesh fabric, the Tivoli mini dress features a bust flattering cowl neckline and waist cinching ruched bodice. Cut to a mini length with a thigh skimming a-line skirt, the Tivoli mini dress is accentuated with delicate waterfall draped detailing at the sides and features our signature, fully embellished single layer mesh sleeves. Pretty, delicate and fully embellished, Tivoli is the perfect birthday dress.
